Lessons with Wellaware are pleasurable to do. We use sight, hearing, balance and touch in conjunction with movement.
Our brain remembers which movements work and which dont, and discards the ones we do not need. This then allows the efficient and easy movements to be remembered.
When improving this way of learning we improve flexibility, agility, stamina, co-ordination and balance.

Private lessons are available. These usually require 45mins - one hour.
These are available in Margaret River, and regularly ( on a fortnightly basis) in Claremont, Perth.
Workshops are conducted regularly, and these are available on occasions in other states.
Private Health Insurance rebates are available for both group and private sessions.
